1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

By booking a service or requesting a quote with Nova Edge Auto Detailing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM

Nova Edge Auto Detailing may send SMS messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations  
• Appointment reminders  
• Service updates  

Message frequency varies but may be up to 4 messages per month depending on service activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. CONSENT

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS communications from Nova Edge Auto Detailing.

Consent is NOT a condition of purchase.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Nova Edge Auto Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.  
Customers are advised to remove valuables before service.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice.  
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
