Will my personal vehicle settings be changed during detailing? No. We take great care to avoid adjusting seat positions, mirror angles, or personal settings. If adjustments are necessary for cleaning purposes, everything will be returned to its original position.
How long does a detailing service take? Service time depends on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle. Most full detailing services take between 2–4 hours. Paint correction and ceramic coating services may require additional time.
Do you need access to water and electricity? Access to water and electricity helps the process move faster and more efficiently. However, it is not required. We carry: Our own water supply Professional generator Extension cords If water and electricity are available on-site, the service progresses more quickly. If not, no problem — we simply make additional setup preparations to complete the job properly.

A garage or enclosed space is strongly recommended. If a covered space is not available at your location in Chapel Hill, Cary, Durham, Raleigh, or Morrisville, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution before your appointment. These services cannot be properly performed outdoors under direct sun, rain, or heavy wind conditions.

Are your package prices final? All detailing package prices are based on average vehicle condition. Final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle in person. Factors that may affect final pricing include: Excessive pet hair Heavy staining Severe oxidation Deep scratches Extreme contamination We always communicate any adjustments before proceeding.
Do you remove stains and odors? Yes. Our interior detailing services remove: Carpet stains Seat stains Light to moderate odors Dust, pollen, and allergens For strong odors such as smoke or mildew, we recommend Ozone Odor Treatment (additional service). Can I enroll in a maintenance plan immediately? No. Your vehicle must first receive a Full Detail service before enrolling in a Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly Maintenance Plan. This ensures we start from a properly restored baseline condition.

Do I need a Full Detail before enrolling in a maintenance plan? Yes. All vehicles must receive an initial Full Detail before enrolling in a Bi-Weekly,Monthly or Bi-Monthly maintenance plan. This ensures proper reset and protection.
